So this is the situation: three months ago I’ve made an order on Wacom store regarding the nibs of the pen to the tablet Bamboo CTH-40, but these nibs have never arrived. During the site maintenance I couldn’t know what were the conditions of my order and, once the site has been rehabilitated, I discovered that my account was gone and I had to re-create it, obviously without the data the order that I had made. I want to know what happened to my order and if I get the nibs for my pen, but I don’t know whom I can ask.
I’m italian and on the option “Contact Support” Italy and italian language ARE UNLISTED! How can I contact a support system if my country and my language doesn’t appear in the list ??? This entire situation is absurd and drive me crazy..
Have you ever had to deal with something like that ?? To whom should I ask??
